~ We Care ~ A Guide to Patient Sensitivity SM Workshop
The focus of this training workshop is patient sensitivity and customer service. The purpose is to remind your staff of the difficulties the dialysis patient faces because of his or her disease and the need to be on dialysis. It points out the basic needs of each patient and how the failure to have those needs met can result in disruptive behavior. It also serves as a reminder that the patient is the reason we are in business.
